A new stable release of ktorrent has been released. This fixes several
minor bugs in the 3.1rc1 release. For people who have not kept up to
speed, this is a list of all the big new features which have been
added since the 3.0 series :

- Mediaplayer plugin using phonon
- HTTP webseeding
- Group policies
- Windows support
- A new set of icons
- Much improved bandwidth scheduler plugin (editing is a lot easier now)

And many more smaller features, improvements and bugfixes. I would
like to thank everybody who has contributed to this release.
