Description:
 This is an extensive date/time library for
Kommander. Much of this is available using date in
an exec() call but if you have loops processing
lots of data those calls are slow. Also there are
just lots of little things I was doing over and
over, and adding and multiplying time values was
true pain. So this is all here.
