Dear KDE Enthusiasts,

Due to the still exponentially increasing number of KDE downloads I decided 
to add the possibility to use the http protocoll for downloading files from 
ftp.kde.org.

The http protocol is compared to ftp protocol more lightweigth and helps us 
to serve you even faster.

I therefor recommend to use

	http://ftp.kde.org 

instead of

	ftp://ftp.kde.org

in the future.
