Due to popular demand (and a whole bunch of email over the last month),
especially from those with Windoze machines, I
have added an rsync server to the KDE mirror at nebsllc.com.

For more info on using rsync to access the mirror please see:

http://rsync.samba.org

I am sorry but I can not help you setup your rsync scripts. However:

rsync -azvl nebsllc.com:: 

will get you a list of the modules available.
