Dear KDE Users and Developers,

Due to some changed semantics of the very latest automake 1.4 please keep
the automake version 1.3 for KDE-1.1.

After KDE-1.1 got released (very soon from now!) the KDE will be changed
to work with both versions of automake.

tell other people what they should be using can go to work for Microsoft.
