Hi!
 
This are the changes for this new version:

since v0.4.0
- added support for swallowing applications
- fixed small bug in output of text to stdout/stderr when executing command
- Added Button highlighting when mouse moves on it
- Added support for rearrange icons with the mouse (right mouse-button)
- Icon-PATH is now inherited by the child on its first creation
- New child-buttonbars now attach to the root icon
- Added support for closing child-BB automatically after first click on it
- fixed segfault when using "Close" in child-BB popup-menu

Swallowing works ONLY with kdm so please don't complain if you use some
other window-manager and you cannot swallow applications ;)

If you want that the child-buttonbars find there position automatically
you have to CLEAN the Xpos and Ypos in the Global-Settings of the child-
buttonbar!!!

I hope you like this new features (I do), let me know of any problems
you have (I tested this now for 2 weeks without problems, but you never
know).
