Hi folks,

a new version of ktvision is out.

ChangeLog:
	* release 0.1.1
	- rewrote gui, now more common mouse behaviour and appearence
	- fixed/workaround stay on top bug, that causes sometimes infinite 
	  screen refresh
	- add drag and drop for preset list in preferences mode
	- fixed bug in "4:3 Side-Relation"
	- fixed Makefile for bash2
