Hello !

I have uploaded ktelnet 0.51 because

1) Version 0.4 is not running any more with beta3 because
   since beta3 I have to link against Xmu or Xext which is needed
   by kde-libraries
2) I made the widgets look a little bit nicer
3) I added some keyboard short cuts
4) I added native language support (at least german and english)
   more coming soon (I hope so)
