Newly available on the KDE Developers' Centre:

1. Documentation for the KDE User Interface library.

2. Some simple visual updates to the HTML format for the Core and User
   Interface libraries.

3. Download the Developers' Centre or library documentation in HTML 
   format, in tar.gz form.

4. Some more application portability tips in the programming guide.
