Hi people,
	I've just finished setting up a mirror of the developer center here in
the UK. The mirror is a bit rough and ready, but you can find it at:

http://manatee.cs.man.ac.uk/~moorer/kde/docs

The mirror is updated every night so it should alwaysbe up to date.
