Hi All,
	This is to announce the release of KPaint 0.3, this release fixes lots of
things, but should be considered unstable as I HAVE NOT TESTED IT with the
very latest libraries (mine are nearly a week old). I installed Red Hat last
night and this was more to make sure nothing got lost than anything else so
expect kpaint 0.4 soon, as there's lots of stuff almost ready to go.
