Hi!

I've added automake support to kdebase. You will not notice this, but
if you want automatic dependencies, you can install automake-1.2 and
run automake before configure.

And I've added --enable-setuid to configure in kdebase. You must switch
on this, if you want to setuid flag on the screensavers. The default
value I've set to no and I've added a warning, if you have shadow
passwords and not --enable-setuid.
