- API changed:
  - added printExiv2ExceptionError to manage Exiv2 C++
    Exception error message

Bugs fixed from B.K.O (http://bugs.kde.org):
001 ==> 142564: digiKam-signature in iptc and exif tags.
002 ==> 140297: GPS kipi plugin truncates input coordinates,
                introducing inacuracy.
