Fandango is a Python scripted 3d CAD project. KFandango is the KDE
version (not that there were others right now). It's currently on alpha
and has very few features but is steadily improving.

With this release several stability and usability issues have been
fixed. It's the most stable it's going to be before I start adding
features, so for those who would like to code for it, this is the right
moment to try.

Release notes:

From this release, commands including just alphanumeric,
spaces, point and minus sign can be written on a cleanest
format (easiest to type).

For example, a command 'foo(-1, 0, 0.5)' can be written on the
commandline as 'foo -1 0 0.5' and will be internally translated
to the full Python command.

The problem with nested initialization of entities has been solved.
There is now no requirement to call any begin*Entity before
lines or triangles; these can (and must) still be called to set a
layer different of default for those primitives.

A mechanism has been implemented to retrieve entity vertex from
Python, and used to implement a line strip lathing function.

Python 2.3 can be detected by ./configure now.

Lengthy messages from stdout produce a dialog instead of limiting
to the length of the status bar; the latest messages from stderr
can be retrieved in a dialog using the 'cadget.get_errors()'
command or adding a button to the toolbar.
