Hello,

I can't really say i'm proud, but I still do announce  the release of Opale 
0.4. 

Opale is a _very_ simple personal bank account manager. The homepage is 
http://orzel.freehackers.org/opale 


It's been tested with latest kde/koffice from cvs

Basic Changelog: 

	Internationalisation is available, presently only french is added, but feel 
free to use kbabel and send me translations for some other languages.. 
	
	A long-awaited feature (by me :) you can duplicate an entry periodically (for 
those things that happen every month, year, or whatever...) 

	All known bugs removed
