KBudget 0.4 has been released, fixing problems with Qt 3.1 and several bugs. 
The interface has been tweaked in various places, and the transaction window 
now has a balance column. Downloads are available at 
http://www.garandnet.net/kbudget/.

Full ChangeLog:

- -Disabled initial balance in new account/edit account dialog for types that 
don't use it
- -Added expected change and expected balance for current month to main status 
bar
- -Added default keyboard shortcuts to main window and transaction window
- -Set the default focus in new account & transactions dialogs to the 
appropriate widgets
- -Set defaults type/from/to in new account & transactions dialogs based on 
account selected in main view
- -Removed "rename account" action; double-click in main view now opens 
transaction window
- -Double click in transaction list window now opens transaction editing dialog
- -Fixed Qt 3.1 incompatibilities
- -Cleaned up tutorial and added prompt to read it the first time kbudget is run
- -Added balance column to transaction window, with initial balance row (only 
used for cash accounts)
- -Fixed document being "modified" when nothing was changed
- -Fixed various bugs
