The manager login page should automatically focus the cursor on the username
field.
I've tried to solve this myself, by 
1) checking out on anongit 
2) Small altering og code
3) commit and run git format-patch origin

I'll attach it the patch file. 
Please tell me if this is wrong procedure, this is the first pull request i've
done outside github.
