no, is not removed, as okular it can't be started by irs own, but office files 
are associated with it

is packaged here https://build.merproject.org/package/show?package=owncloud-client&project=kde%3Astable%3Aux
 (should be easy enough ro repackage for any distro)
on the image is not installed by default
