            Bug ID: 318823
Summary: Introduce a way to allow users to see the long file
                    names in full in Files
    Classification: Unclassified
           Product: Active
           Version: Master
          Platform: Other
                OS: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: wishlist
          Priority: NOR
         Component: Applications
          Assignee: active@kde.org
          Reporter: colomar@autistici.org

This is a rather abstract wish because I don't have specific design ideas in
mind yet, but in the future we definitely need a way to display long file names
in Files. Maybe in the detailed view we've planned for showing metadata for a
single file? Currently if you have two files with long names which differ for
example only in end of the name, you cannot tell them apart in Files at all.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Files
2. Choose Documents
3. Compare some of the example documents, e.g. the two shown as
"example-presentation-pp..."
Actual Results:
You cannot tell the files apart

Expected Results:
There is a way to see the full file name for a given file
