A stored procedure that can be called to automate the generation of channels
and asset tags to match them.

The stored procedure would accept a parent channel (which it would inherit tags
from) and allow defining how the channels it creates would look like.

Use case: to present books by author, date and title grouped by first letters
of the alphabet.

Reproducible: Always
