Hello list,

i'm pleased to announce an english version of our PA Handbook there: 
https://sourceforge.net/projects/pactivehandbook/files/PDF/

The book was part of the Google Code-In and a student helped me to translate 
and proofread the book :-)

If anyone want to contribute articles, sections or Mer specific stuff so 
simply send me your Sourceforge Username and you can add it.
