Well the Mali-400 is very highly regarded. It's ain the Salaxy SIII, it has \
opensource drivers too, but they don't seem complete yet. There are binary ones \
though. The Mali-400 is OpenGL ES 1.1 & 2.0, OpenVG 1.1 compliant. \

I would be willing to ship the tablet to someone in the US, if that would help. \
Otherwise I could probably do the tests. My biggest challenge is going from android \
(I'm not an android or ARM person) to another OS.

Well, without such a tablet in our hands we cannot make sure it is possible to \
install Plasma Active on it. The first thing to know is if the boot loader is open \
(allows to add a new kernel to boot). Then you need to find a suitable image that at \
least allows you to run Xorg, maybe one of the images listed in \
http://community.kde.org/Plasma/Active/Installation already works, but we need to \
test them first. After that you would need find the correct drivers for the GPU \
(OpenGL is kind of required by Plasma Active), wifi, sound, etc. But again: without \
the tablet in our hands we cannot do the tests, so you would need to do them \
yourself.
