I've read that thread http://mail.kde.org/pipermail/active/2012-
April/003447.html but a change back to tumbnails or setting backend to OpenGL
doesn't work (for me).
The only thing that helps is to mv the plasma-device-appletsrc and reboot.
Then the plasma-device-appletsrc will be recreated.
My Teammate Peter has made an overview about what happens (deletion, change,
new): http://pastebin.com/WHv9NAFt

Is there any option to made these changes in Users /home automaticly? Is the
usage of KConf possible in PA?
