The timezone list of the Active Settings app is not loaded (it's just empty).
Tested on 2012-01-24-12-09-basyskom-plasma-active-devel-meego-usb-live.iso

1. Tap on Active Settings or on adjust date&time
2. Tap on the timezone button
3. Observe the display


Expected Results:  
The timezone list should be loaded.
