Summary: RFC: Allow two lines for filenames on activity screen
                    or truncate in the middle
           Product: Active
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Unlisted Binaries
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: wishlist
          Priority: NOR
         Component: Contour activity screen
        AssignedTo: notmart@gmail.com
        ReportedBy: colomar@autistici.org
                CC: active@kde.org

Version: unspecified (using KDE 4.7.4)
OS: Linux

Currently the filenames of connected resources in the Activity Screen are
truncated so radically that at least with my files I can hardly - or not at all
- tell them apart.
This definitely affects the academic context because journal papers usually
have year and author names at the beginning, but it would also affect business
users whose companies have file naming policies that put e.g. the date at the
beginning of the filenames.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Connect two files to an activity with identical or similar beginning of names.

Actual Results:
You can hardly - if at all - tell your files apart because you only see the
identical or similar part

Expected Results:
a) Filenames expand over two lines
or
b) Names are truncated in the middle
