Summary: RFC: give overlays a title
           Product: Active
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: unspecified
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: wishlist
          Priority: NOR
         Component: General
        AssignedTo: active@kde.org
        ReportedBy: fania.bremmer@basyskom.de

Version: unspecified (using Devel)
OS: Linux

** Proposed Change **
If the user opens a window/overlay by touching a button, this window should
show a title (for example the "add new activity" window)

My suggestion for our current windows/overlays:
- Add new activity
- Add content (instead of items or resources)
- Settings activity

** Implementation Details **
- for now we just add a simple title in each window, consistent in
fontsize, fontcolor to the rest of the titles (for example of the activity
screen)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
- go to an activity
- tap on the plus icon
- see that the add-resource dialog has no title

Actual Results:
no title

Expected Results:
title on top that describes the action the user is taking here, see above
