I was searching around for this and i thought a way to do it.
Using the cmake (something like -Dblabla) to set the kde4-config
--qt-plugins to the home dir.
Then the user has to add to his .bashrc something like this
"QT_PLUGIN"=$(QT_PLUGIN):$(QTPLUGIN2)".

The point is that i don't know if the qt plugin env variable is a
regular one like PWD and also as i am aware of cmake can't modify env
variables.

can you help me a bit?
