and was forgetting, for certain actions a forth category could be needed,
for instance is the resource is a contact, "call him" or "write an email" 
don't seem to fit any of the 3 categories, so maybe a 4th category called 
"recommendations" or something like that wouldbe needed.
also, this 4th menu would have a way more dynamic behaviour, like the items in 
the other 3 ones will be more fixed
