Accesskey support is now complete in cvs (that means also for KDE 3.3).
Would be nice to update the accesskey page to reflect that change.
As mentionned earlier, to activate an access key, you have to press & release 
the "ctrl" button, then press the accesskey.
People using sticky keys need to press twice on ctrl to "unstick" it, then 
accesskey
People using sticky keys and lock need to press three times on ctrl to 
"unstick" it, then accesskey.
