I think this is a very good idea since having the What's-This-texts 
complete will also help accessibility. When using the upcoming Qt-ATK 
bridge, all What's-This-texts will show up in AT-SPI and can be used by 
assistive technologies.

I'm cc'ing kde-polocies and kde-accessibility.
