I'm finishing commint the new Proklam configuration you saw in the
screenshoots. It's fully working, storing and saving configuration for
multiple plug ins for multiple langauges (one plug in per language). The
whole system still needs some polishing and the management of the languages
in the combo boxes needs a lot of work. This may be solved by the upcoming
language selection widgets. If the one who proposed that idea doesn't answer
me, I'll have to do it myself alone, if anyone wants to help me, welcome. The
other part that still looks ugly is the button to delete a language... a wide
button at the bottom, this may be solved by a posible to come KTabWidget
(there's no K version of QTabWidget yet) that may offer the posibility to put
buttons in the tabs as QTella does (QTella uses it's own QTabWidget called
IconTabWidget). Another thing I don't like is showing the passwords in plain
text, but KPasswordEdit has a very poor api that doesn't allow setting the
password (just type it and get it), and when geting it, it gives a char * (I
think it should give a QString or something like that... but there seems to
be some security memory isues).
Well, feel free to download Proklam from the repository and test it. I don't
know if it will compile in something diferent than KDE HEAD and gcc
2.9something... please, let me know your experiences.
Thank you.
