First of all, thanks to all people reported problems with speed on
kde2.newmail.ru.
I have sent request together with traceroutes' to their technical support,
and got answer like "we have very limited international traffic"
If I understand their answer correctly, including *unsaid*, they limit
international traffic artificially. Of course, not saying about it officially.

I have managed, with help of my brother, to setup mirror location for all
themes on his company's site - astralon.ru.
There is no index page on that site (yet), so I copied download page I had
and replaced all links to files with location on astralon.ru
http://kde2.newmail.ru/kde_themes_download-mirror1.html

Besides, I added link to all themes packaged in one file (VadimThemes-0.2.tar)
So, if you are interested to see all themes you can download just one archive.
Preview section was unchanged, as mirroring it requires much more changes.
So may be it will be faster to get themes instead of looking at previews :-)

Let me know how good download speed from this mirror.

Do you have Arial font installed? Just test it!
