OK.  That makes more sense.  Reading the specks on KWin during the 
2.0 BETA cycle it seamed like you wouldn't need to write a new WM 
until you came up with a faster way to reinvent the KWin wheel or
a new WM feature that was simply never contemplated at the creation
of KWin.
