That means that someone closed that bug report. If you reported the bug you 
should usually (?) receive a mail with further information.
Sometimes bugs are closed that contain just useless information (e.g. only 
the backtrace gernerated by dr. konqy) or that are really obsolete (KDE-1.x). 
Generally the bug should be fixed when such a message is sent (or am I 
completely wrong?)
