I can't seem to find the theme installer that I used in kde1.1.2 in 
kde2.0Beta4. Is it there anymore?

I did find:

kde control center
       ->  Look and Feel
              -> Themes
                    -> Icon
                    -> Style

But how do I install a theme like sometheme.tar.gz??
