   Pardon me if it's in the latest (the last time I got a chance to play
with 2.0 was back in April), but is there any plan to include an "always on
top" system menu item?  On #kde, we were discussing how useful that might
be, I looked through the standard X commandlines, etc.  I do know that it
can be done - gatos's X TV viewer does it quite nicely.  It would be nice to
be able to "Keep on Top" things like IM's, a small terminal window, etc.
