I have run net searches, as well as scanned the various
kde download directories accessed from www.kde.org.
I simply cannot find kthememgr.  Hopefully it is not 
folded into a larger sourcefile and is its own app?

I have been unsuccessful running version 0.8 which
I did manage to acquire (though I can no longer find
it) and would like to try 1.0.  

Please tell me where it is.
