It is from the cvs 19990821 and the KDE_1_1_BRANCH. It say in About version 
0.8.

http://www.ra.informatik.uni-stuttgart.de/~rainer/Download/MacOS.tar.gz (it 
came out of the KDE CVS, nothing changed).
