The scroll-mouse doesn't work with KDE. There's a program called imwheel
for X, but it has no influence to kde-progs...

Only kvt works with the scroll-mouse, because here it is "hard-coded".
I've heard, that KDE2.0 will support the scroll-mouse (release-date: ~
Jan. - March 2000)
