The problem is that COL 2.2 doesn't ship with libcrypt; on the Caldera
list they say it's because Caldera has asked the US Government if they
can ship libcrypt and they're still waiting for permission.  In the
meantime, download it from:

ftp://ftp.linuxland.de/pub/OpenLinux/crypto/2.2/RPMS/glibc-crypt*
