That's okay. Christian was responding to a comment made by someone who did understand it was optional but still didn't like the thing. It's okay if you don't like a certain feature as long as it can be configured and doesn't bloat the code. Personally, I love Mac menubars. Obviously, so do Mac users ;-) I find myself running Motif and Xaw apps and still going for that top menubar... If it's not for you that's fine too. It's not even the default. > Just for the record, I LOVE KDE, I think this is the greatest thing since > paella (Spanish I am, yes) and I support KDE developers 1E50 %. > > This list is getting quite violent lately. You think this turned into a flame?? No, for a group of what seems to be primarily Linux users this was a relatively calm exchange ;-) Note I use Linux too... > > Santiago > > > -- > Send posts to: kde@lists.netcentral.net > Send all commands to: kde-request@lists.netcentral.net > Put your command in the SUBJECT of the message: > "subscribe", "unsubscribe", "set digest on", or "set digest off" > PLEASE READ THE ARCHIVED MESSAGES AT http://lists.kde.org/ BEFORE POSTING > ********************************************************************** > This list is from your pals at NetCentral -- Daniel M.
