I would add: No KDE app should be advertised on kde-announce or KDE website
or included in the CVS tree without previously getting the KDE-OK
Certification. Moreover, every major update of any app (when the major
version number changes) should be treated as a new application, even if
previous major versions were KDE-OK (people won't get asleep out there
   ).
