Subject:    No Downloading Button on Switchbar

I just ran across a new feature (problem) in kfm as of 1.1.1 ...

I was downloading the src kdelibs package (with kfm), and didn't notice that
the downloading window doesn't add a button to the switchbar, where it did
before. Because of that, I ended up moving half the file while it was still
"download in progress" becuase I didn't realize it was still active.

Granted, my fault for not checking to see if the window was still up.. where
every other kde apps puts up a button for every window open, it seems strange
that kfm won't do this. If this is a new feature, may I suggest we go back to
the old one?
