I posted about this on kde-user, but no one bit.

I have been having problem with kvt & kmedia.

1) When I run kvt, I get

libqt.so.1: cannot load shared object library:No such file or directory

Now, I know that libqt.so.1 is there. It's a symlink to the QT library in
/usr/local/qt-1.44/lib, which is in my LD_LIBRARY_PATH and LIBRARY_PATH.
Anyone know what might be causing this:

2) When I run kmedia, I get

/usr/X11R6/lib/libkfile.so.2: undefined symbol: __pure_virtual

Any ideas what that might be?

I installed from the Debian slink packages.
