Are you sure that you have all the Qt include files in /opt/tools/qt?
You should have something like this:

jri.h
jri_md.h
jritypes.h
npapi.h
npupp.h
qaccel.h
qapp.h
qapplication.h
qarray.h
qasyncimageio.h
qasyncio.h
qbitarray.h
qbitarry.h
qbitmap.h
qbrush.h
qbttngrp.h
