You can kill it with the KDE "kill" combination, ie CTRL-ALT-ESC.  The pointer will \
change to a mini-skull & crossbones then just click on a netscape window.  All \
netscape windows will instantly disappear.  Before restarting you will have to remove \
$HOME/.netscape/lock
