I noticed this... I run my kpanel at the 'tiny' size, and it seems that even
if I set both a large and a small icon for a kdelnk file, when it goes on the
kpanel it always uses the large icon resized.  This doesn't always look as
nice as the small one I told it to use... in some cases I just use the small
one for both the large and small field so that it looks right.

Just commenting.  Anyone else notice this?
