about egcs-1.0.3a, the configure worked properly i think.
i made make 2> err_egcs
Then i installed automake 1-3 seems good :)
Then python, a make all 2> err_pyt gave nothing, so should be ok.
Then mico, as described at koffice.kde.org, i disable the stl stuff,
then make all 2> err_mico gave me the attached file, i didn't tried
corba, because it needs mico doesn't it ?
Well, i also have several python packs i got with my redhat :
python-1.4-9
python-devel-1.4-9
python-docs-1.4-9
pythonlib-1.22-1
should i erase them ?
Thank you for the help, 'casue it's really tedious hours-downloading
files and not being able to compile/install them...
