It's in the CVS tree ( http://www.kde.org/cvsup.html ).
Be warned it doesn't work yet and is still in early Alpha stages
where developers are simply laying on the layers of code to make 
it work.  A few things are useable but don't go calculating your
budget on kXl ( although you can safely write your thesis in 
KlYx )
