Most common solution: Give your processor air, check your memory (if you
have over 64, or mixed, restrict it with mem=64M etc)

If you want to check if it's really a hardware problem,
try compiling something like the kernel half a dozen times
in a row. If it fails one time and not another, check those SIMMS and the
temperature.
